Tabkeel

Terms of use

Last updated: July 21, 2026.

These terms govern the use of Tabkeel, a service operated by Francisco Ferreira ("we"), available at tabkeel.com. By using the service you agree to them. They are written to be read; if anything is ambiguous, write to francisco@tabkeel.com and the answer counts.

1. What the service does

Tabkeel examines public websites from a URL you provide and reports verifiable findings: broken links, cross-page divergences, machine readability problems and the like, each with its evidence attached. Paid plans additionally include fixes ready to paste into coding agents and exam history.

The exam reads public content only, respects robots.txt, and never accesses logged-in areas or performs purchases. The report is delivered to whoever submitted the URL; we do not publish verdicts about third party sites.

2. Acceptable use

  • Examine your own sites, or sites you are authorized to examine (a client's site, for example).
  • Using the service to overload other people's sites, bypass protections or scrape at scale is prohibited.
  • Reselling the report as a public verdict about third parties is prohibited.
  • We may throttle volume and block abusive use to protect the service and the sites being examined.

3. Account

The basic exam requires no account. If you create one (via email link or Google), you are responsible for access to your inbox. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans and prices

Current plans, at the same values shown on the pricing page:

  • Free, R$0: exam with every finding and its evidence, up to 25 pages per exam, 1 sample fix.
  • Founder, R$99 per month: every paste-ready fix, up to 150 pages per exam, track up to 3 sites, exam history.
  • Studio, R$249 per month: everything in Founder, up to 400 pages per exam, track up to 10 sites, priority support.
  • Agency, price on request: terms agreed in writing, by email.

Prices are in Brazilian reais. Price changes apply only to future cycles and are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

5. Payment, cancellation and refunds

  • Billing is monthly, processed by Stripe. We never store card data.
  • Cancel anytime, through the subscription portal in your account, without talking to anyone. Access continues to the end of the cycle already paid; there is no further charge.
  • Withdrawal: within 7 calendar days of the first subscription you may withdraw and receive a full refund, per article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code.
  • Outside the withdrawal window, the current cycle is not refunded pro rata.

6. What the report is (and is not)

Findings are automated verifications of public facts at the time of the exam, with the evidence shown. They are not legal, security or investment advice. We underreport by method: the absence of findings is not a certification that nothing is wrong. Decisions made from the report are yours.

7. Availability

The service is provided as is, with no promise of uninterrupted availability. We work to keep it up; we do not sell an SLA.

8. Ownership

The software, brand and methodology are ours. Your exam report is yours: use it, share it, paste it wherever you want. The anonymous aggregated corpus data is ours, as described in the privacy policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the event.

10. Law and venue

These terms follow Brazilian law. For consumer relationships, the venue is the consumer's domicile; in all other cases, the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
